I didn’t build Saan because I wanted another lounge. I built it because I wanted to create the kind of place my community could feel proud to call its own.
I’m from East Orange, and I always felt like we needed more places where people could come together without having to go far. Sometimes you want somewhere to relax after a long day. Sometimes you want to bring your kids somewhere safe and have fun with them. Sometimes you want to sit down, play some games, hear some music, and meet people.
I figured I wasn’t the only one who felt that way, so I built Saan. We opened the doors October 12, 2023.
Saan is for kids, adults, families, friends, and the whole community. Whether you came to celebrate, play, or sit around good people, you should feel comfortable walking in.
